Privacy Policy

Chil_Space is an event venue at 4829 Fashion Square Mall, Suite D426, Saginaw, Michigan. This policy explains how our internal social publishing tool, the Meta app "Chil Space Publisher", handles data. It is operated only by Chil_Space staff, to post about our own events.

What the tool does

It publishes captions, images, and videos about Chil_Space's own events to the social accounts we own and administer: our Facebook Page and the linked Instagram business account. Every post is reviewed and approved by a Chil_Space administrator before it goes out.

What it accesses

• Our own Pages and accounts: through Meta's APIs the tool reaches the Facebook Page and Instagram business account Chil_Space administers, only to publish and manage our own posts.
• The administrator's sign in: when an administrator connects an account, Meta shares that person's name and profile picture to confirm the connection. We use it for nothing else.

What it does not collect

The tool does not collect, store, sell, or share personal information about members of the public, our followers, or anyone who interacts with our posts. It builds no advertising profiles and does not read private messages.

How data is used and stored

Access tokens for our own accounts are stored securely on Chil_Space's own systems and used only to publish our content. We keep a record of published posts for our business files.

Data deletion

Because the tool collects no personal data from the public, there is no public user data to delete. To disconnect an account or request removal of any data associated with the tool, contact team@chilspace.com and we will action it promptly.
