Pick your date and hours, then place a $50 deposit to take that date off the calendar. It is not an extra fee, it comes straight off what you owe. We confirm by email, then set up your free walkthrough, so you still get the full tour, your date is just already locked while you take it.
Hold my dateOnly hold a date if you are sure you want it. Dates go first come, first served. The $50 comes off your final balance, so nothing is lost if you book with us. But dates are released to whoever deposits first, so a date you are still thinking about can be gone by the weekend. If you are undecided, take the walkthrough first and we will go from there.
